Ahhh. I didn’t realise the tool kit was clipped on/ removable- that’s perfect. (I went to your link and thought it was a permanent fixture.)
The toolkit seems really cool, but for me not so much because of the tool (anything can be a bottle opener), but because of the magnet and because of the way it allows you to prop up the light.
Very unique light! And also the 14500/aa factor is a plus
I like the design of the lamp. It’s modern and convenient. Probably will have to be on hand to evaluate them all.
Love. VietnamReviews - https://www.youtube.com/vietnamreviews
Awesome and cool design, what I like :
- Dual fuel, must have for single AA flashlight
- Side emitter
- Magnetic base for flexibility
- Deep pocket clip
I like the design, and the side aux lights.
Won’t be able to use the tool attachment with the knife to carry in Aus, though.
Like:
- 14500 is my favorite form factor for small size lights.
- Original design.
Really interesting looking light, cool design, decent specs and reasonable price. Cool features as well, especially the lantern mode. Couple of notes:
- Hope the bezel is steel in the aluminum version?
- What about moonlight on the main emitter? Is this the MicroLight mode? What’s the brightness?
- I’d love more information about the driver
- I think it would be better to exclude the side light beacon mode from mode memory
Nice looking light, I really enjoy aa / 14500 lights.
The magnetic base rack is new design feature I would like to try out.
Loop sent me a SK-01s a while back, and the quality is as good as it looks. The design and machining are really on-point. I can tell there’s some real talent behind it.
Its aesthetic, tactile, and fidget functions are great, but I generally use something else for lighting. The LED and beam type aren’t what I’d choose for EDC purposes, the host is large and heavy, I’m wary of getting lint and gunk in its precision bearings, and mine seems to have a bug causing excess standby drain.
But it looks like the SK03 might fix all that.
That was my synopsis too. A fun gadget rather than a serious flashlight. Still, one of the moat unique flashlights you’ll come across currently.
Cool looking Light. The Tool Kit looks very interesting.
High CRI is good, i hope the Main Light is not too cold.
The glow gadget inside the TIR ? Lens looks nice.
And that it works with both 14500 & AA is Great !
I like that the included 14500 battery is rechargeable by itself so you don’t need a seperate charger if you go somewhere.
Thanks for the GAW !
I really like aa / 14500 lights.
The magnetic base rack is very unique.
Thanks for the GAW. Looks like a cool light but I’d be a bit concerned about getting dirt, etc into the body crevasses when on a hike, especially if I happen to drop it into some mud.
The SK03 surely is a unique light, either in design and functions!
What I’ll emphasize the side lights, the possibility to use AA and 14500s, the Glow in the Dark pannels, but also the add-on bracket as some things that stand-out!
Really impressed with the design and also the functions, although I’d tweak some things in terms of User Interface!
Seems to be a good addition to the universe of small 14500 flashlights
Thanks for the GAW
Thank you very much for the GAW.
I love the design of the flashlight. The 360 side lights are very cool. The magnetic clip with knife/bottle opener is cool, a great idea.
I would like/miss a high Cri main LED of about 4000/4500K, and perhaps with andúril, but very good work, there is no doubt.
Thanks for the GAW. I’m very interested in and like the magnetic clip with built-in swivel. Looks like a very unique design/integration!
Hey Wingman,
Now the side light is around 4500K CRI>90, for the main light, I will check if possible to make a special version for BLF community, I will see what we need to do. I think there are many people like you, asking for High CRI, netural white tint, and Anduril.
Hope more people will join to make this happen.
Hi Tim,
Yes, there are places to put Tritium Vials on the "Tool Kit Holder "
I think it is not necessary to make a special version, or yes, but what I mean is that I think that if you sell to the general public that you change the main LED for an LED with a higher quality light, people will take it as good news.
