5000K would be the way to go for CCT, I know people on here are asking for 3000K and lower, but I’m assuming that they want to sell these to more than just us. Most people outside of BLF are not going to go for a 3000K light.

Most people outside of BLF don’t care about CCT but if you give them a 3000K light they eventually get used to it.
(like we did with indoor light bulbs… most of them are 2700K now)

I’m afraid some will think bigger number better.

Maybe, but most will just be very happy to push a button and get some light! Almost none will ever worry about CCT, tint, DUV when changing a tire or looking under furniture for something the have lost.

Remember, we are a select and very small part of the overall population.

But in the cases of CCT and DUV i think what makes us happy is also not bad for the average joe looking under furniture for something the have lost.
