The pill-less design and well though out placement of heatsink fins sounds good for a budget light.
If Eagle eye deliver what they promise then I will definitely stretch the budget to fit this in.

Don’t know about 4 hands, but in Mexico, they don’t have a word for “toes”. They use the same word for “fingers” on their hands and their feet - “dedos”.
Or, then again, maybe he’s a monkey, and he really does have four hands? I dunno… monkeys might like flashlights too!

Hmm… anyone compare X6 vs Convy M1 ? (host quality) Wanted to find excellent ‘budget’ host for my custom build later on.
I have M1 and waiting for this groupbuy’s X6, from my view I think X6 heat transfer is alot better ? (due to construction of pill-less design, cavity with ‘shelf’ design)
other difference I notice is the brass insert absent, anything else significant that I miss? (in view of good host)
I’ve done a full review on the M1 and as much as I love it I would say that this is the better host. Nice ano (love the flat finish on the X6), more head mass, finer finning, one piece head and no pill. The X6 should be the better host hands down.

Taking their current pricing structure and the proposed quantity into consideration I honestly doubt that will be the case. The main thing that needs to be stressed is that the quality remain or improve.
