If the current capabilities of tint ramp, half-illumination and red light can be kept, that’d be great.
Also a tripod mount could be useful.
If there are ways to minimize weight without compromising other features, that would be appreciated by many outdoors users.
I’m interested but honestly not having Anduril I think is makes the LT1S more appealing to non enthusiasts. I also like the beam steering feature and red. Not sure how that will be implemented on the new version.
Barry this is a very good idea. The LT1S has pretty significant size and weight advantage over the LT1 so I find I carry them more often.
If it is possible, a 3/8″ 16 pitch tripod hole on the bottom would be a welcomed addition so the lamp can be mounted on a small tripod for table use. Flashing pads would make any changes easy and very welcomed (especially if there are bugs in the new lights).
I assume that the LT1S is too heavy for a OEM magnet solution at a reasonable cost?
