Did PP refund your money? Ive got back in touch with Ebay but they say I have to send it back to get a refund off the seller! even though they have kicked them off Ebay!!!
The problem is that I opened a Paypal dispute and not an eBay dispute.
PayPal sucks and there customerservice sucks even more. Very rude and dumb.
I thought that it would be the best to open fast as I can a Paypal dispute so that they can freeze the scammer. But they have done nothing. And because of that fact I have to resend the item.
I have gave them a call and Paypal is very rude and dumb, they say that they cannot see the eBay things but eBay can’t handle the problem because I had opened a Paypal dispute. If I had made it through eBay I would get my money without resenting the item to: shilihe2dui465hao. Yes that’s the name I should send it…?
What we can learn out of that =>Paypal sucks.
I should have said that the envelope was empty or I should have opened ebay dispute and everything would be clear.
I will send the smallest envelope I can find with tracking to china.
And i will Complain about that on paypal.
i know its no concellation but my family had instructions not to sign for anything from hong kong china(easy for me as i wasnt expecting aynthing else).But as it turned out i phoned ebay who transferred me to resolution centre,spoke to a guy somewhere in the us.said even though the seller had provided tracking number they would refund me within 24 hrs.less than one hour later checked paypal and refund was there.still have not received item from the scammer.daughter was hoping for the silver metal dragon thingy lol.All joking aside there policy is hit and miss as to how they deal with people.Hope you get it sorted sooner rather than later.
The phone call to ebay was key.
They know of this scam and the dealers from China sent out small packages (very small) of either trinkets they normally sell, or shredded paper.
Instead of waiting, the call to ebay was best.
What continues now is this:
They removed most of the sellers but not all of them. This is troublesome. They only removed the item, but allowed the seller to continue.
Rather than wait for a fake package or 45 days to pass since the purchase, I went ahead and filed a PP dispute online and then called them the next day. After some run-around from PP reps, I asked to speak with a supervisor. I got the sup on the line and explained that the ebay item numbers for each sale were withdrawn as being fraudulent and will have a massive history of complaints if he would just look. There was a long pause so I offered to give him the item numbers. He said that he didnt need them and was going to isse a refund for all 4 lights and close out the cases.

hi sorry for my english, I write from PERU, youli1014 bin cheated me, December 18 via pay pal page for double din dvd gps equipment, and the 11th of February I reached my house a bracelet power balance as of Werner user … and opened a dispute on ebay … I hope I repaid the money … a total scam ….
Very sorry to hear. If you funded the paypal transaction with a credit card, I think you will do much better to contact your bank, explain what happened, and try to have the charges reversed. Since it has been such a long time (>45 days), ebay and paypal might not help you. Good luck.

So I still had to resend the rubber,due to lack of intelligence of the costumer support I called last week. nobody understood(or wants too) what I said.
I called again just right now and the cs guy said I don’t have to resend the item but I have to make a “dispute” at police station…never done that and never heard of it but it makes much more sense than the resending.
So finally i managed to phone the police and ask what i need i wrote a letter with my complain, printed everything out to serve the bureaucracy and programmed my navigation system…then i checked emails and i couldn’t believe my eyes they refunded the 16,98GBP to my paypal account(not to my credit card) just before half an hour….
speechless…
I asked them a dozen of times if we could solve this on another way, i complained about costumer service on the King of costumerrelations and everything else. That lead me to “the policestation thing” and i got a 5Euro refund for my bad experience, but i still had to proof that i got scammed(i guess that 100 other people also complained about the same thing so i couldn’ understand).
DAMN PAYPAL!
Why haven’t they refund me after my first contact…? DUMB!
But I am quite happy and will shift my first visit on police to future time. The only thing i have lost is some money in currency transaction as the euro got stronger…

you kept posting to “wait” repeatedly, even while others picked up the phone, made a toll free call to ebay, and were instantly refunded. No waiting time period.
Ebay owns paypal. They don’t want anyone ripped off as it hurts their business reputation and those who called got instant satisfaction.
