This was a pretty helpful read to somebody like me who has never had to dispute anything on Ebay. Glad that everybody got their money back. I wonder if the scammers money is held in a paypal account, or if they take it out as soon as they get payment? I wonder how much money Ebay and Paypal have to eat because of fraud.
I just bought 3 brand new Bugatti Veyrons off ebay for $11.94 each. Its the deal of the century because the price includes standard shipping. I sure hope they all come with a full tank of gas or I’ll have to file a paypal dispute. |(

There are places in china that wil insure it for less than $5/year…
So a guy buys fire and theft insurance for his home for a good price. Wouldn’t you know, a week later he comes home to find he was burglarized. So he calls his agent to file a claim and the agent asks well, was the house on fire at the time?
