Is FastTech going SlowTech?

Got my order today. 31 days to UK - via Switzerland for some reason.

My FastTech order finally shipped out today. I placed the order about a week before the CNY closing in hopes that it would get shipped out before the holiday, but it didn't make it. I guess things are finally starting to roll again.

I dunno about other EU or worldwide customers, but after this Chinece new year FT changed its default shipping provider, before they always send stuff via Singpost, after the big rest: voila, Malay post……and since i knew it was Singpost by default i didnt even bother checking, but when i saw they shipped my last 3 orders via Malay post (ofc you can choose again Sing post in submenues) i tracked them yesterday….and all 3 arent here but In Mulano, tracking says waiting to be picked! Milano!
Tech support claimed it could be a tracking mistake, but for all 3? Anyway, i have nothing else to do but wait a week or two…or dunno how long… they came for 2 … 3 weeks tops shipped via Singpost, Malay post is slower, and inaccutare, at least the tracking info is inaccurate( i hope so)…or my good are realy waiting for me in Milano

Pay attention and dont let FT choose your shipping provider folks

Oh lawd I have two orders also shipped with Malaysia Post, now I’m worried.

Daniel, yours could be sent in Moscow or something, who knows….

Anyway, those 3 were made on 25 and 28 of feb, i made another order at 2 of march( Singpost, already here) and another on 4th of march, came today, Singpost….
Hope that Malaypost is just slow, not the Milano stuff

Yet, Milano is a fine place to visit, pizza and stuff, nice passionate girls….But Daniel, Moscow is a nice place too, they have vodka and rockets, plus you can see Putin too

Malaysia post is the worst I know

All my orders with Netherlands post take over a month.
Sing post with the upgrade probably worth it.

I ordered a few things in 27 feb 21 Jan and it´s not here yet, two months tomorrow. For some reason they send it by Malaysia Post surface mail (no batteries).
The other package after this one has arrived in two or three weeks as usual.

Edith:Looking at the wrong order and date, corrected!

Wellcome to the Malay post fan group

Thanks
It´s the first time I have problem with the shipment from Fastech. I have made a ticket to see what they have to say.

I’d rather see Putin there than have him come here, if you know what I mean

I ordered a couple of knives which were sent Malaysian Post on 6th March. I was surprised to receive them on St Patrick’s Day (17th March). Pretty good service.

Last time I used Malaysian Post for batteries from FT was a little different - they came via boat, but I did get a store credit as part compensation for the delay.

I continue to be impressed with FT service.

Normally, I've had really good turnaround on my FT orders, but my most recent order is moving slowly:

Ordered March 17, still no shipment or update as of today, March 26. Of course, it's a weird order, including several of the new end caps, spacers, etc., for adding protection to my laptop pull cells. I'm in no hurry though, just patiently waiting.

I’ve got several orders in with fastech right now. They all shipped via Swiss post. I’m just really surprised by how slow it is.

Since my first orders with Fasttech I’ve ordered and recieved items from Banggood and Intl Outdoors in about 2 weeks. Still haven’t gotten any of my stuff from Fasttech.

Anyone in the United States have any better luck then me recently with them?

Disclaimer: I knew it’d take a while to get this stuff, I know I’m being impatient. I just want to play with my new toys! So far I like them and have a couple more items picked out that I want from them.

Just recently, It took 15 days from shipment to get a knife from FastTech. Not too bad.

However, I'll definitely purchase batteries from US. Those can take forever from China

Yeah 15 days does sound pretty good!

My orders usually average 2 - 3 weeks, definitely faster than Banggood, Gearbest, etc. and their customer service always responds quickly if an order is delayed. Only HKequipment is faster for me.

Mike

FastTech are shipping batteries by airmail again. Should speed things up a bit.

I think I’m just having a spell of bad luck. Looks like everyone else is getting their stuff much quicker. All my items shipped in a few days, and it’s really neat how they even have pictures of the packages.

Did you pick USPS w/ China Post or Hong Kong Post? Most of my USPS via China Post orders came between 7 to 11 days.
