Well, we're mostly adults here, so my vote is to keep putting candy on the table and let us choose whether to take a flyer or not. I appreciate the entertainment and the possibility of a win (however slim). I'm also clear-eyed enough to know that gambling has the possibility of a total loss.

Im just pissed at paypal and there fees for sell and reciving money, i belive its crap rip off sellers is why there fees are so high to cover crap like this.

Once and for all, BLF: If it looks too good to be true, it probably is! That could almost be our official motto. Ocassionally a hot deal comes along that seems to be an exception, but VERY seldom - if ever - anything like the 'steal' that this Ebayer was offering. So yes ILF, please carry on posting such 'deals'; we're all free to say 'No thanks!' And at the least we could decide to alert Ebay/Paypal to a scammer.
Benckie's hacked off with PayBay; well, +1 to that, too. PP are currently witholding an Ebay refund I have pending on the most pathetic pretext whilst they milk it for every last cent of interest. I'm not even convinced that some of their practices are strictly legal

Either way, its a bargain. You spent $23 to not get a King, I had to spend $22 to not get a Balder. Yours was a much better transaction.
Yup the seller responded to paypal with a tracking number for me as well. I highly doubt it will work, but at least the paypal dispute is there and they know about our suspicions.

I am betting we get the lights. They may be defective or not as expected but i think we get something. You can get them for $61 shipped from some seller so the price is low but not so low that it is not possible. I could be wrong but we knew it was a gamble going in.

Hmmm, somebody neg'd our man (woman?) ferhui3000... can't see the details, of course as they've gone 'private'. Seems strange, as all the light sales seem to have happened around April 18-19, and that wouldn't give nearly enough time for someone to get their light.
Still no tracking number for me, even though I asked. Would also be interested in hearing, say, the last 4 digits of the tracking numbers that people have gotten, on the chance that they're all the same.
