I am from 04.20.2022. I am waiting for my order from Kaidomain, it says that it has been processed, but not shipped yet.
I have sent many emails but no response, does anyone have recent experience with them?
My last two orders from Kaidomain took 1 1/2 weeks to ship even though I paid for the express upgrade. In both cases I got the impression it was probably a cheap item I threw in being out of stock and holding up the entire shipment, but it was impossible to get in touch with them until the order had shipped. Maybe you could PM BanL?
I didnât communicate with them but I placed an order for a lot of small parts from them about the same time you placed your order. It just arrived in the US a few days ago. Theyâre a little slow to process orders and then send a shipping noticeâŚand then actually getting moving takes some more time. Itâs always been that way for me when I order from them. But everything has always arrived and they do a wonderful job with packing and making sure all items are there.
Is âWhite RussiaââŚ.Russia? If so, I wonder if they might have some logistical problems with shipping to you, given the current affairs. Or itâs possible that they are out of stock of something but expect to have it soon and are waiting for that.
Also, many areas in China are still on covid-19 lockdown, or come and go with it. I have four aliexpress orders on the way, three of which were shipped three weeks ago - one just arrived and the other two have been delayed repeatedly at the airports because of their situation right now. On parcel tracking information there are different âreasonsâ but ultimately it means that the planes are not flying as much and parcels are backlogged waiting to get a flight. That happened a lot in 2020 also but everything eventually made it through.

The last time I bought a battery from KD, it took a long time for my order to be shipped. They stuck it in a cheapo non-working flashlight in order to ship it along with the other items I ordered.

Not long ago I bought a little 10x loupe magnifier made by Belomo and read about their history and the huge company they have become. Nice piece of glass comparable to some from Japan but much lower cost, I like it!

I bought a flashlight that on kaidomain site is described as IPX-6,
but there is no protection system and no one silicone o-ring to protect the passage hole of the power cable.
If I use this product in the rain, I definitely short-circuit the flashlight.
I contacted customer service to report the problem twice: once via email and once via the contact form on the site.
No response in two months.
