Outside of lux meter readings, these might offer more than what is derived from botched performance data. After looking at OL's SRK build threads, Im pretty interested in what a carefully optimized TIR might do in the outdoor environment. I know this is a rough comparison, but it does illustrate a point. So I went ahead and bought one of these FandyFire clone kings about a week before the Black Kings dropped in price. Damn, I'm singin the Blues over that!

For the price, I guess it's ok, but the threads were bone dry. The reflector looks like it never got final finish before plating and one of the LEDs has a scuff mark on it, so I'm not too happy.
