I should have done that while the ledboard was out of the light, and I didn´t. I did not know at the time that so few people were able to get to the driver at all.
Just received my DS20, It is no glue at all. It is 100% mod-able on every parts.
(MPCB = 16 mm, Driver = 18 mm)

Which part of the original driver that you want to check?
to take advantage of the window (battery indicator), my new driver is very ugly.
Ahhh - picture?? I dunno the trick that Werner used, but again - no picture is showing.
The trick was copying the link and removing all extra letters after .jpg

Your driver doesn’t look ugly to me, I would rather say it looks nice, can’t do any better with 3extra cables and two additional LEDs squeezed in there.
It looks nice enough, syra. Making sure that the cables aren’t all tangled up is the best you can do; there’s no way of rigging a more advanced driver and not have it look like a plate of spaghetti.
Can anyone confirm the mcpcb and driver diameter of the s30?
I have S30 Al version. The mpcb is 16 mm. I also can not access to the driver.
Syracuse - that is excellent work btw. I think the wiring looks darn good. So you got a red and green there, with resistors I assume? How's this wired up? Do you have PWM's on one of the LED's, and one that is just ON/OFF?
I wired up everything just like Helio driver and use TK’s ramping_UI_table.
The driver is 19mm and as you can see it has a vertical insert. I'm (as yet) not going to detach the ledwires to get it out to make a picture of the component side.

It looks like there is a shelf parallel to the driver. Maybe there is room for a 20-22mm board that would seat between the shelf and the battery tube?
Can anyone tell me what size the AR lens is on the s30? as mines decided to crack and I’m unable to measure it.
I roughly measured 21mm with my ruler
