GB will send each of the 200 buyers a $2/unit coupon code, but this code cannot be used after the $39 coupon is used because the checkout system can only work to accept one coupon each checkout.
Edit: Upon checkout, you may use your points in your Gearbest account rewarded from your first order, plus the 100 extra points automatically given to all 200 buyers, thereby bringing down your second charger to about $36 I think.
maybe the $2 can be added as store credit/points which can be used as cash just like in other stores
