Leo Laporte once shared that he was filling up the gas in his car, then filled up the gas in his wife’s car and then bought pair of shoes… and his card was declined.
Because that is a regular pattern for physical fraud.
One thing you can do is open a Skrill(Moneybookers) account and fill it with the needed amount by bank-transfer funds upload.
They will send you a Debit Mastercard and that can be used in most places like Aliexpress.
I’m sorry but many unseen expenses came in and I can’t collect the money for this flashlight and I really need to watch out what to buy. So please take me off the list to have somebody else a chance in the first round. Maybe later when things going better I will buy one from Thorfire. :cry:
It will be probably several weeks, or even months, until the last lights of this group buy are made. If you think there’s a chance that you’ll have the money by then, maybe you could just be moved to the end, but still on the list? I know how you feel, though. I’m not rich right now either. I’m really hoping that I get some spending money in hand before time is up to buy this light!
I don’t really now so maybe that is an option. I’m still on the FW3A, GT and Utorch UT03 list but I think maybe I have to sacrifice one more sign up from this group to make my wallet happier.

Personally I think the Miller should just close the list to any new people interested in the light and edit the title and first post to reflect this. Unless the retailer has an objection to have a coupon code public for a few weeks I don’t think it should be an issue. It would save a lot of work of constant updates and signing up really serves no additional purpose. The whole issue was to start off an interest list to demonstrate to the manufacturer that there’s enough demand to warrant this light. Since that’s been achieved everyone else can wait.
Also as this isn’t a pre-buy list, but rather just an “interest” list there really shouldn’t be any need to limit the order of releasing the discount code. Money talks so if the first 500 people don’t buy within a day or two of being notified of availability, the next 500 people should be allowed and so on and so forth. BLF members first, CPF next, public last. Finally let the retailer worry about the order of fulfillment. Why complicate the matter unnecessarily?
While the purchase order is followed, I do not think anything will happen, and so the manufacturer, more or less, knows how many units to manufacture
