Anyone remember where to find the post where a 3d printed lantern diffuser was featured, with a link to the program? A friend of mine just got a printer today and I canāt seem to find the post with thread searches.
I have cancelled orders there for a PayPal refund and seen it done within hours. Glad yours went through. Holidays maybe ? I could mention āfirst world problems and impatienceā but I wonāt
Arghā¦ screwed by the post officeā¦ My lights show delivered and I saw the postman drive by so they should have been in the mailbox. Nothing. Nada. :person_facepalming:
Unfortunately itās Saturday and the post office is closedā¦ It will have to wait till Mondayā¦ Best case scenario is it got put into the wrong box and an honest neighbor will bring it by. We have a the multi box for the neighborhood setup with 2 large boxes for packages.
Thatās not exactly the whole story. We as USPS customers canāt see where the delivery was made, but the office can, at least in some cases. This has happened to me as well, says delivered but not to me.
When I went to the local office and explained the situation, a guy in the side room looked it up in the computer. Their GPS system showed the location of where the package was scanned ādeliveredā. It was accurate enough to show that it had been delivered to a mailbox in the other cluster of mailboxes in my townhouse complex. There are two clusters of boxes in the complex, and mine is on the east side, while the delivery was at the west side. So I guess he made a note for the carrier and it was rectified the next day.
All that just to say, that it does show where in some cases, but youāll have to ask the local office.
