I’m interested in your products. I’m not your customer yet but I intend to become one.
I keep reading your threads…but I’m about to stop. “Hey, someone just reviewed our product” is not an interesting message - I’ll find reviews when I want it. And I feel they waste my time.
“There is a new product”. “We have a sale”. “We just changed product X so it does Y”. These are the kinds of messages that I’d like to see.

Is there any way to retrieve Sense + and Sense - for the output voltage of the RD 6006 for more accuracy ?
I wish if you could provide for us a partial diagram or show us how to sense remotly the power . this will make the efficiency of RD 6006 much more interesting

thank you, and I am sorry for disturbing, usually when there is new big update, we will update the firmware and you can update it through PC software.

Hi everyone, i´m new here from Portugal! I have this power suply for 2 days and I updated the firmware to V1.25 and since then when I turn off the power suply it keeps the power light flashing, is it normal? Aren’t you supposed to be totally turned off? Thank you
it is normal, that is breathing light, you press the power button but there is still power connected to the input, It ’s like when you turn off the TV with the remote control, the TV is just in standby state, you do n’t remove the plug.

1. add French and German to RD6006 (PC software)
2. you can edit the data group value

I just received this power supply, and it works great.
Is there any way to set the default state to off whenever you plug it in the wall socket? I have a main power switch on my workbench and whenever I power the bench on, the supply boots and it remains on, I would like it to remain off…

I already did, but it’s on the back panel, because I built the case before I got the power supply

when we design this, we set it defalut on to test if it can work normally, and you can use the power button below the screen to control the on/off status, for now it cannot be changed
we plan to release it(60V24A) this year, maybe by the end of 2020, not sure about the exact time
