I recently got the RD6006 and I love it!
However, when I connect to it over USB, the desktop app says it can’t recognize this version.
The unit shipped with firmware v1.26.
What can I do to make them communicate?
When will you be making the 20 amp or larger amperage model like this ?

Works great, I used converters from Meanleaf 30v10a and it's okay, I don't need 60 volts, the housing itself could be smaller. The driver is okay.
And most troubling are reports of the USB port blowing up that don’t get reviewed and the thread bumped by RD. It’s still an excellent value as long as it doesn’t catch on fire. It seems to me that it would be worthy once RD irons out a few bugs. Peruse this thread for more info:

hello, the USB port is designed isolated, indeed there is a case that the USB port blows up but that is the only one case. the customer are not clear what he did at that time, he made a video, and when he took apart his RD6006, he found that the USB port is isolated, so he is confused why it would blow, and we don’t get the broken power supply so we cannot find the reason too
