What are important differences between the two considering the price $6.96 vs $11.01?
Thanks, Jerry
Here's a snap shot of the basic differences:

Always starts in High. Noticeable PWM. |
The SF10 has the worst PWM of any flashlight in my collection. I can detect it in all modes but High. It is the worst in Low. I am fortunate that the SF10 PWM doesn't affect me, but it it does my wife very much.
Some BLF members have reported that the SF14 goes spastic with blinking when a Ni-MH battery is used. I haven't experienced this anomaly with mine. According to Sofirn, this problem was fixed with the SF14 V2.
Edit: Neither flashlight has mode memory. Both have a tail switch, are made from anodized aluminium, and, are IPx-8 rated.
Many thanks, Al.
So, some things I remember (I have both lights, both moded)!
Some threads you may wanna look at:

SF10 - PWM; 4 modes (H-M-L-ML + Strobe with double click); can’t remember if it has memory; bigger and larger flashlight, modder friendly, NW tint (yellowish or rosy tints, depends); tough host

SF14 (old version) - No PWMN; 3 modes (L-M-H); no Memory; thinner, lighter, modder friendly, NW tint (white, sometimes yellowish), throwier (+70mts distance)
Hope this helps! About the new version of SF14, take a look at the thread above
EDIT: Took too much time to write, ActiveAl beat me in an elegant way
Thanks, MascaratumB. Everything helps.

You’re welcome Jerry
BTW, length is inverted on Al table The SF10 has that 0.4mm extra
Yes, the SF10 is indeed slightly longer than the SF14. Thanks.
I saw that the SP31 V2.0 has a $9 coupon on the light, charger, battery package.
