The new product RD6030(W) 60V 30A big current power supply is coming!

this is at CC and CV Critical value, CC and CV was judged by voltage and current value
now 4.19 and 4.17 have small difference
there is not problem

well I’m not thrilled with that response. Lithium has very small voltage change. it sat at .90 for 15 minutes in CC mode while showing cv the entire time, there is no reason it can’t be closer, why would it not switch when the CC drops vs set limit, my other supply does this.

Send it back

first , CC and CV was decide by load , exactly by voltage and current . but for Critical value, it is normal
you just set the right voltage and current , it will be ok
for charging battery, it is first CC and CV
and data have Tolerable error。 our voltage and current accuracy showed on the data sheet , 0.2V is exceed our data ?

This is not accuracy issue, your meter is displaying CV mode. when its still in fact in CC mode. why it not programmed to change display to CV when CC drop. I don’t think you understand my question.

I understand what you said
you are right , it is accuracy problem , but all things have error , at Critical value, it is normal
I said again that CC and CV are controled by voltage and current value , right ? voltage and current have own error, right ? the CC and CV state is not always right at that time
and in fact , this CC and CV state don’t affect normal work
norwork was decide by voltage and current

CR1220 battery in RD power supply is not included because most shipping way does not allow pure battery inside, and it is only for date/time display, no other function, without it, RD power supply can work normally

Why doesn’t the voltage in the lower right (battery charging voltage display) match the voltage shown on the top display?

I’m guessing that it is due to a voltage drop somewhere internally in the unit. Seems like a very poor design choice to show this voltage in the lower right if it doesn’t match the other voltage display. It only causes confusion and doubt in the accuracy of your product.

thank you so much for your support , let me explain this
1, that 2 place use the different AD , the accuracy is different , even there is not current , the voltage will not be same
2. as you said, there is voltage drop , they measure the different place , so there is voltage drop to let the voltage value different

Wow. Which one is more accurate? Why use 2 different AD?

battery voltage is just reference
voltage display is more accuracy

hello, if you find the value changes too slow, you can set the update rate from Slow to High, then the value changes faster, but in this way, output value is floating since the sampling time is shorter, it may be annoying

for RD power supply, output on the front and input on the back, but for RK6006 and DPS power supply, the input and output on the same panel, so that some prople may reverse connection, if you find output is 0.5V higher than input, wrong connection

hello, if you turn on the RD output, and it turns off soon, please check:1.if the OVP value lower than output voltage2.if you charge battery, check if setting voltage 10V higher than battery voltage 3.check the cutoff current and Temp you set

for S800 case, the side with holes needs to be placed on the front to deliver the heat from RD power supply, do not install it in the wrong way

when get the C400 to connect RK6006, there are 5 cables needs to be connected, 2 output cables, 2 input cables, and 1 fan control cable, please connect them in the correct way

RD products packaging, the products are packed in foam box, which can protect the products on the road(but for violent shipping, it is useless too)

Please be kind to your products, just say “no” to violent shipping!

hello, we use aliexpress shipping to send the packages, and aliexpress choose the local shipping company, the problem is that these violent shipping is not caused by the shipping company, it is caused by that courier, so that we need to protect the products well, normal throw, drop will not affect
