I am using a MEAN WELL LRS-600-48 PSU inside the S800 case. The fan does not contribute to the airflow in the case.

hello, if you use power supply, you will find sometimes the output value is not exactly same with what you set, there are allowed error range, for RD6030, the output voltage accuracy:±(0.3%+3digits), so that if you set 5V you find it output 4.98 or 5.03, they are in the allowed range, there is no problem
