I ordered my M4B with a 16.5mm hole reflector and it did not come with a LED gasket.
I needed to order it separately for 1yaun via this item and adding a note saying 16.5mm gasket:

Looks like it’s just a host, but it’s approximate the right size for me (45mm head and it accepts a 21700 cell). :slightly_smiling_face:

Are there switches available for these? I’ve put together 3 and was able to put together some custom switches with a pcb that @INeedMoreLumens put together. It would nice if there were some ready to go.

For the tail switch model there’s one installed in the tail cap. For the side switch model it comes with the driver.

I did not know the switch came with the driver. I’ve only ordered the host and only side switch models.

Ive built two D2GC and one M4B.
I had the switch pcb built by OSH and ordered the switches from digikey.

No that is way beyond my capabilities. I’ve used Hank/Anduril drivers from Jackson.

Specifically you used a 22mm D4v2 Lume X1 driver for the D2GC and a 31mm D4Sv2 driver for the M4B and a 11.9mm switch PCB.

Do you have the wiring diagram for the red driver? How do I solder the fans and LED leads onto the driver?

For LED wires you solder the red directly to the giant button in spring assembly, and for the black wires to the two empty terminals right next to it. No idea where for the fan.

The F8A I’ve seen built with that driver have a separate thermostat that controls the fans.

There’s no integrated fan controller on “flying” 47mm driver.
