I’m on the fence about picking it up. I dropped some dollar$ down on a few lights from banggood… srt3, a3t, wf-501b - and also made an order for some nitecore nl166 batteries from fasttech. Summary… I am poor now 
If they dropped the price to $20. I think I’d pick it up on a whim, but for now I must restrain myself and resist.
Thanks for the efforts of getting the deal, maybe some others will jump on it.

Hi I still relatively new to the forum, but one of the things I’m sure many people would jump on is 4-5 of the most popular inexpensive lights pills fabricated outta copper. Being a journey level machinist myself, if I still had access to decent equipment, I would be running pills. I just got in on a limited run of copper pills for the HD2010, they went so fast that a lot of people weren’t able to get one. I’m sure if the member had run 50-100 of these he would of sold them all within a day or two. But ya another run of those, maybe C8’s those two off the top of my head would sell, and if a CNC machine shop was approached, on a CNC lathe these could be turned out quickly and in a volume that would make the price sweet for everyone. The biggest problem with budget lights for modders is the crappy aluminum pills everyone has to work with. I’m sure it would be a Hot sale!
What would be the dimensions of the pills that would sell the best? Drawings?
MANUFACTURERS AND DEALERS PLEASE READ: If you want to sell a lot of lights in a group buy you have to offer a good price. Ten percent is not going to work, minimum 20% discount, preferably 30% or more. The better the price the more you will sell. Of the group buys conducted so far, the ones with a good discount sold 50 or more lights, the ones with small discounts have only sold a few lights.
Small discount, you sell 5 and make $15 per light, you earn $75
Big discount, you sell 75 and make $5 per light, you earn $375
I know this isn’t kindergarten but some people don’t seem to understand.

I have to have a similar conversation with my clients all the time. Majority of them hold business, accounting, and economics degree, so it baffles me to have to explain basic principles to them.
You are better off selling MORE items at a smaller margin.
i think its human nature, the desire to end up with a bigger piece (it feels more right then many small pieces that ultimately make a bigger pie)
