hi guys, i was thinking to buy one of these http://www.ebay.com/itm/140986758745?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&\_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649
has anyone here any experience with this one or can you recommend any other good charger that will give me exact readouts…i must say that i have absolutely no experience with this category of chargers so i guess good instruction manual is of essential importance
This looks nice, but the manual seems to indicate max charge voltage is limited to 4.2v for Li-Ions- useless for me, I'm looking for one that can do the 4.35v cells. Hard to tell for sure - I submitted a question on it to the seller.
well, you got me…i must confess that i will not be using this charger for racing model cars or flying few thousand dollars worth helicopter models, but in the old days when i was using only AA and AAA batteries i had few chargers and eventually ended buying voltcraft IPC1 also known as LaCrosse BC-900 so i could not find any similar charger for 18650 that will discharge each individual battery with chosen current and then charge them while showing how many mAh has each cell stored…basically i just want to see what happens with charging cycle…on the nitecore I4 or any similar i cannot read the voltage or mAh…i guess i am “using a cannon to kill a mosquito” J)
Hobby King has a couple hobby chargers with integrated power supplies that look attractive, but the reviews on them aren't good. How good is Hobby King's warranty support? That's likely to play a big part in what hobby charger I end up with.
