Please suggest a nice quality (Weller?) Soldering Station. :)
What is your budget?
Some Hakko clones are pretty good for the money.
I have a Weller WSD81 digital 80W but I got it free. Tips are expensive and the tip retaining sleeve recently needed replacement. Sadly no generic parts were available and the best price I could find on the sleeve was to buy 2 of them direct from Weller shipped to me.
So even if you buy a genuine Hakko, you can use generic tips.
Consider the costs of consumables while deciding on a unit.
I'm not currently thinking budget, I'm more concerned with the longevity of the unit I buy.

type that likes to invest wisely in things for long term.
I'm also wanting to buy the best I can, with the most accessories to limit the need of buying bits and pieces down the road.
In a case like this, I buy from the manufacturers with the best product, warranty, tech support, and customer satisfaction.
Soldering irons can be had most anywhere. Buy a few cheapies. One goes tits up, toss it, plug in the other. I don't roll with that mentality.
I would go for a Hakko fx888d. It’s fantastic!
Hakko looks to be a well known brand.
I've also been looking at the X-Tronic brand, since I found a review by mattlward
I own one and agree with you. I also own a Weller WESD51. It’s 11 years old and still going strong. That said, the Hakko is a better choice because it can be had for less than $100. Tips are plentiful, and it has a bit more power than the Weller.
I know Weller has been a name in the line-up for a long time. The brand is great. Super eXpensive as well. I would love to have one of their units, set-up to my liking. But, I don't think they will be getting my coin unless I found what I wanted used. With the chance to get my hands on it before I bought something from seeing a few pictures.

The brands recommended to me in a different soldering thread were “JBC, Ersa, Hakko” for price-no-object.
If you end up buying the Hakko, make sure you get it from an authorized seller. There are known fakes out there that don’t perform nearly as well as the real thing.

lol! You are so right! Doesn’t matter though because they’re really good soldering stations. And their battery powered soldering iron works amazingly well

I've been looking into HAKKO. Pricey units, and no accessories included unless real good coin is invested. Additional tips, parts & necessities are spendy as well.
I'm also looking more into the X-Tronic brand. They have more of a lure to me because of a total package purchase.
However, keep the suggestions coming. No money has been spent yet ;)
I must admit I went for the “budget priced” Hakko clone when I bought one not long ago.
It was a no brainer for me considering the actual amount of time I would be using it. That being occasional use. 
BUT, it was so much better than what I had been using it was amazing. I could even solder tiny things onto boards with no trouble. Something I could never have done with the previous one.
I got a Hakko clone a while ago. Odd brand like AEIOU or something. Also got a set of compatible tips to go with. Works quite nicely, variable power, gets the job done.
Other than that I got the station and tips from Amazon, I’m not recalling details very well, but I was and am quite happy with them so far.
Oh, soldered a wire to a LED star in seconds, so it’s got some oomf….
My only reasoning for units with more uses, comes from my R/C hobby, and the things I used my previous UNGAR (budget) model mainly on.
I do a LOT of scratch building of control linkeages, rudders, prop cages for marsh boats, tubing stands that turn out being the seating in front of the engines, and such.
I used it so much I burned it out. Then, my moving forward with different scale projects eventually stopped as well. If I had a unit that has a reflow station incorporated into it, LOL, it will get used.
A simple iron with a few tips would do me fine, based on what most here are saying. I'm trying to plan beyond flashlights.
My R/C hobby has been in the making for over 18 years. Something I plan to do more of when I retire ;)
