I’d bet somebody makes them… hopefully not just knockoff-types, either.
My bracelet & clasp came from Long Island Watch Co - I’ve been quite happy with them. I didn’t look too deeply into other makers for my Citizen, but they seem to be well-reputed.
Having largely followed The Nick’s advice and not gotten into watches (much), I am not at all any kind of authority.
What I would like is a recommendation for a nice pink dialed watch. I would love a Grand Seiko with the sakura background, but that’s WAY out of my price range lol…
Also, my search algorithm seems to be locked on unobtanium watches, or just plain ugly watches…any recommendations with a cap of $700?
Moreover, it isn’t small at 43mm diameter, but it has the right proportions unlike most Citizens that honestly look way too big with their flat glass and thin bezel
I immediately felt comfortable with it. Watches larger than this usually get in the way of my hand when bending my wrist. I usually put a NATO strap on those, the 2-layers give me more room to move.
I gotta go check the battery on my big Casio, now that I think about it…
I REALLY like the Citizen Tsukiyomi…I could do with less (or better laid out) on-dial complications, but I would love if the moon image covered more of the dial, and was multitextured in metallic sakura pink.
