Sofirn SP40A optics, you just need to reduce the outside diameter a little bit so it fits inside the bezel, which came from a titanium Convoy T3. I just finished another single LED titanium TS10 using the standard SP40 OP reflector, the T3 titanium bezel and T3 glass lens, and it’s a perfect fit.

Thanks! I am trying to build a cheap conversion kit when the TS10SG drops and was hoping to source a variety of TIRs to try out. I don’t have an SP40 lying around unfortunately but I have a sp10 bezel so far.

I’m interested how the beam will looks like. I’m a fan of “warmer” light, so I hope you will also offer them in <= 5000K.

I own a old TS10 V1 and just ordered some V2 and HD10 for my family.

Got TS10SG today. Here are some pictures.
The surface of the lens has some textures to it.
The button has slightly better feeling than TS10 V2 that I have.
The beam pattern has a bit of spills with decent hotspot. The beam artifacts only appear when the distance is about 1.5 meters or lower.
Outside test comparison with turbo mode shine at the tree. Stock Wurkkos battery with full charge. D3AA with stock optic.
The throw of TS10SG is quite comparable to S6 3000K. (maybe a bit less)
Hotspot is larger as well.
Camera setting: Exposure time 1/8, ISO: 400, WB: 4500k
For me I prefer a bit more spill to make it more usable in closer distance. Maybe change to a more floody emitter for this case
