I ordered a Wurkkos TS30S Pro from Amazon and received it on 12/31/25. I charged the included battery and walked out on the back deck to test it and was very pleased with the throw and output. I put it on the shelf with my other flashlights. Tonight, I had a use for it and removed it from the shelf and it does not work! I have tried multiple batteries as well as the included Wurkkos battery charged by a Vapcell S4 to 4.2 volts. If I plug in the USB-C charger the light will come on but on a very low output, it either has a connection problem with the battery or the driver is bad. I do not want to “blast” Wurkkos without giving them a chance to respond but I am very disappointed with getting 3 minutes run time out of a $110 flashlight.
They should repair or replace it. Its only 30 days old.
That’s a big disappointment! Does a factory reset help at all? I’ve found that on rare occasions, I have had to reset the Anduril interface when the memory bugs out.
Im sorry to hear about your new light.
How did Wurkkos respond when you told them?
He bought it from amazon so they should resolve it quickly.
I have a few lights from them and all work perfect so i guess its just bad luck to recived a faulty light, they do have good quality on their lights.
I was hoping someone with Wurkkos/Sofirn was on the forum and could reach out to me privately.
I would rather give Wurkkos a chance to make this right before I give them a negative review on Amazon.
It is just electronic device might go bad anytime.
Why negative review on Amazon, since you broke it ![]()
File a complaint. Problem solved.
Mike
Wish I could be of help. But like @mortuus , I own a few Wurkkos lights (eh, almost as many as Convoy lights) and they never even had a glitch.
File a return with Amazon, they’ll give you the option of Replace/ Refund. Why wait weeks for a warranty claim.
Just tell Amazon your light stopped working, they’ll send you a new one right away. No need to give bad reviews or anything. Unless it happens again, ofc, lol.
I am returning it to Amazon and they do not want the no-functioning light back. I am not sure what to do with the bad flashlight? I do not have the ability to repair but it seems a shame to throw away the flashlight, I believe the LED itself is around $35.
Be careful, they might still ask for it back later if the return goes through. Just read the return email literature thoroughly and get it in writing that they DO NOT WANT IT BACK, and THEN you can muck about with it
If u get the money back just keep the light for now. Im sure amazon will resolve it way faster then sending it back to wurkkos which would cost alot to china.
That has happened to me several times, though not with flashlights.
Sometimes Amazon lets you keep the defective/non-functioning item.
But, yeah, be sure to carefully read what they tell you so that there isn’t a miscommunication. ![]()
Amazon “a-to-z” only goes to about ‘d’ or ‘e’ nowadays.
You can get a defective lollipop that costs a buk, and they’ll want it back. And if you don’t have an approved return site near you, you’ll be expected to pay 8bux for the privilege of returning it.
Forget the days where they let you print out a UPS sticker and someone picks it up at no cost to you. Those days are long over.
And yes, that includes obviously used and defective items sent to you as “new”, items damaged in transit due to nonexistent packaging, shiite stolen at the warehouse and sent to you opened and missing items, etc.
Ask me how I know…
Oooooooo u steallinnnnn
Wut?
I’m just kidding
I’m also familiar with reports of tgings growing hands and latching onto people’s pockets and backpacks as they leave.
Ah. I was wondering if I misread something. My brainium is frozen to my cranium in this weather.
I just got a set of amber 3x57s (3157, 3357, 3457, etc.) and I just got the bubblewrapped “resistors” but no f’n bulbs!
8bux to return via Amazon, when they themselves phukt me over in the first place, so contacted the seller, see if they’d fix me up “off channel”. Buncha hoops, send pix of the package, shipping label (!!), etc., so dunno if that’ll work or if they’ll just run out the clock on the Amazon return window.
Different sellers for a different set of 3x57s, small sealed box. Hsomethings (fogs), again, sealed box.
Them? “Resistors” in bubblewrap envelope, in a gray ziplock bag. Obvious gap where the bulbs USED TO BE. Some MFer took out the bulbs and just sent the leftover envelope, not even bothering to reclose it.
So if the seller doesn’t make it right, I have to piss away 8bux to return them.
Again, so much for “a-to-z”…
Is it one of those 3rd party sellers? Normally, amazon would just have you drop it off somewhere…did the policy change?
