It's quite nice looking flashlight. I found some sellers on EBay, but would prefer to buy directly from a shop, better with BLF discount. Is there any specific shop you could route us to?
Nice light Looks like it has SMO reflector, so... would be nice to see this light as BLF light no. 2 (with R5, memory, low-med-hi modes :p and 14500 ability)
Yeah, it's SMO reflector. I think it's a dilemma for most manufacturers when someone perfer strobe and some says no. Here is our solution:we have three kinds of flashlights (A01.B01 and TZ20) are able to DIY the modes, not from the switch but from the circuit board. Moreover, we are going to update all flashlights that are able to customized LED emitter.
I have put two videos on Youku.com to show you how it works. Hopefully you can give me some feedbacks.
If you good at electric iron, it will be very easy to operate. These three kinds of flashlight can be customized LED emitter and mode. If you guys like it, we can put the idea on samll flashlights.
Very nice light BTW, but for $50... still a bit pricey for me (man, in last 6 month you've learned a lot Hope I'll learn the same in 1 year... at least LOL  )
It was quite easy as soon as i found BLF! Bothered alot of members with very basic questions and i got very excellent responses. If i did not went the li-ion route i would probably think that romisen RC-C8 3xAAA is the best flashlight ever made. :) I'm glad i found a defective laptop battery and and took out the cells. Ordered a cheap li-ion charger on dx... tried the li-ion on the romisen and... here i am. :)
You have to like the hobby and electronics knowledge helps alot. The rest is in the mileage. Curiosity is the mother of learning!
I'm stil learning and i will keep on... The knowledge base here at BLF is unbeliveable!
You have battery, lumens, luxes, runtime, tint, modding, photography, electronics, efficiency, fetishists of all sorts! ;) If you need a sharp debate you can also go in the knives offtopic! :P
