Super deal on Panasonic UR18650F 2500 mAh batteries

I bought a few of these and preliminary testing shows that they are the real deal. They were all at 3.77V. Internal resistance was around 50 milliohms. Billy Gage has been in business since before the dinosaurs. Selling top notch cells for $2 a pop, no wonder…

are they protected?

edit: nvm doesn’t ship to belgium

That looks like a great deal and good time to stock up.

Has anyone tested these yet? I couldnt find a review.

Also, are they protected?

The shipping increases the price by more than 50%. Ordered 10 anyway…

14.43$ the shipping for canada :expressionless:

Wow, that is a good deal! I may have to order a dozen some time. ;)

dang… very good price. … but can’t pay with paypal? always error… :expressionless:
anyway, bought 16 of those

wow thats a great price - i might have to order a half dozen or so

are you planning on testing capacity to see if they are close to the 2.5ah?

even if they were 2ah i would buy them at $2

Yes, I will test capacity. I have 4 on my charger right now. They are brand new cells in perfect physical condition and all had a proper 3.77V reading. I expect great things…

this is a great find thanks  once you post results i suspect i will be picking some up!

Hi DayLighter,
I was looking for your bike pack thread so I could give you a heads up on these.
When I came back here ,I see you already found them. Good luck.
Thanks texaspyro.

Getting Error Message, Also… :weary:

What is the shipping for the US?

I ran some discharge tests with a charger that reports funky numbers (not sure why). It says my new Sanyo 2300 mAh cells are 1675 mAh and 2900 mAh cells are 2100 mAh. It says these cells are 1800 mAh. That works out to these cells actually being around 2475 mAh. I did tests at 1A and 2A.

I’ll put one on my tab welder that has a battery analyzer mode and will do another test tomorrow.

Oh and these cells are unprotected…

$27 shipping to Aus. Not such a good deal for us, but thanks for the post Tex

Ahhh, $27 shipping to Sweden for 10pcs, $4.70/piece….

Thats pretty steep shippingcost.

I’ll keep buying from Fasttech…

around $12 and change if you buy a dozen

Shipping for me,
10 for $10.xx
20 for $12.xx
30 for $12.xx
100 for $14.xx
Shipping not too bad if you buy a bunch.

thats actually good readings you got there… maybe other members can correct me if im wrong, but i believe that capacity of a li-ion battery is measured at 0.2c or 0.3c discharge rate… if they are discharged faster than that the results will be less (less efficiency @ higher currents is common)
