I bought a few of these and preliminary testing shows that they are the real deal. They were all at 3.77V. Internal resistance was around 50 milliohms. Billy Gage has been in business since before the dinosaurs. Selling top notch cells for $2 a pop, no wonder…
Yes, I will test capacity. I have 4 on my charger right now. They are brand new cells in perfect physical condition and all had a proper 3.77V reading. I expect great things…
Hi DayLighter,
I was looking for your bike pack thread so I could give you a heads up on these.
When I came back here ,I see you already found them. Good luck.
Thanks texaspyro.

I ran some discharge tests with a charger that reports funky numbers (not sure why). It says my new Sanyo 2300 mAh cells are 1675 mAh and 2900 mAh cells are 2100 mAh. It says these cells are 1800 mAh. That works out to these cells actually being around 2475 mAh. I did tests at 1A and 2A.
I’ll put one on my tab welder that has a battery analyzer mode and will do another test tomorrow.
thats actually good readings you got there… maybe other members can correct me if im wrong, but i believe that capacity of a li-ion battery is measured at 0.2c or 0.3c discharge rate… if they are discharged faster than that the results will be less (less efficiency @ higher currents is common)
