I’m asking because I started planning to implement this idea:
Do you have the exact item number for the glow tape? If you have other glow items (tape, powder, etc.) how does the glow time of the tape compare?
Asking because different glow tapes have huge variation in glow brightness and duration. Last glow tape I bought from Aliexpress is the weakest I’ve ever tried out of 5 different tapes form various sources.

Duration is good. Very good. At last 10 minutes at high and several hours minutes on low.
Any indirect light can charge it and in a pitch black room is visible with adapted eyes.

This is for the tape nude. On flashlight is less visible after 15 minutes because is below a gasket. The luminous tape is very good and if is not below something can shine several minutes. Only a few expose to sunlight or artificial light charge it. I am very happy with this tape and I was skeptical before trying it.
No, my error. No luminous ring on L21B. It is a reflection from the luminous tape.
I have installed the luminous ring on other flashlights BUT the L21B is deep and the Ring is most hidden.
The photo seems to have a ring around glass but not.
I have installed the Convoy green luminous ring in other flashlights but it is not visible on L21B.
Only luminous tape in this mod.

The luminous tape is much more strong than ring green luminous.
Hi, mine was made with resin and glow in the dark powder. The tape idea is also pretty good, especially for lights with TIR, as you can have a lot more tape surface to glow.
Cyan gitd may looks dimmer at first photon charge; but it glows longer than the green yellow ones..
