Hello everyone, is it possible to put a TIR in the H2 B35AM instead of the reflector? Which TIR would fit there?

Funny, I just ordered an L6 with SFT70 and left a note in the checkout comments to make it 3000K. Looks like it’s been added as an option now! There’s lots of options yet to add on the website backend, I’m sure. But Simon does a fantastic job all things considered.

I wondered the same thing. Thankfully, if this chart is any indication, the 6500K SFT70’s output would be 3,800 lumens @ 8A versus 3,000 lumens @ 5A. Not sure how much less output the 3000K has, but I imagine its graph curve would be proportional.

SFT70 3000K has R95 CRI , Correspondingly, its lumen value will be much lower.

Simon, thank you for adding the B35AM emitter option to the S2+. Is it possible to also add the XHP50.3 to S2+ and S6?

Additionally, are there plans to offer the S6 in a broader range of colors? It’s my favorite host. I’m interested in high visibility colors such as orange, red, silver, or pink. A pink S2+ would also be a fantastic. :slight_smile:

I have never tried to install xhp50.3 in an S6 flashlight.I’m not sure about the lighting effect.
, not all users like the dense texture of S6.

I agree that these old military lamps are cool : )
But… I think a modern, smaller 18650 L light probably outperforns them by a healthy margin while being wearable as a frontal light.

A modern led light with a big battery in this fashion? Man, you want to wear a light cannon?!? : D

I don’t think it would be for wearing, except maybe strapping onto a backpack. I just like the form factor of a 26800 and how they feel.

What is the status of the 14500/AA light with S6 reflector?
Do you also have updates on M21A 22mm driver host?

For the 12-group driver: Might it be possible to include or change the groups?
I would love to see these two groups:
100, 10, 0.1
100, 30, 3, 0.1

I agree that the “mid, low” mode on the Convoy 12-group is always too high, especially on 8a drivers.
Generally speaking, high mode can never be too much, but low mode must be low enough.
