This was one of my first flashlights as a kid (after the tin one with halogen bulb)
After long time no use and getting a zoomie this was obsolete needed AAA batteries and i wanted a UV
Ordered UV 5mm leds read here a bunch of posts about modding flashlights checked this one and saw that it can be disassembled:

After burning my fingertips a bit to remove the old LEDs

While i had it open I added a bit of GITD tape in the head
