not sure what sku barcode is needed? like they dont have that info, its clearly defective sigh…… they never want take any responsibility for what they sell…
The tink-tink sounds are definitely the glass heating and cooling. Had an old Convoy C8 do that until I replaced the glass lens.
The lanyard is terrible lol can’t even fit my hand through. The piece used for adjusting it catches and tears it. I’ll get some replacements maybe from Sofirn
Just finished testing all 9pcs and thankfully no faults. All aren’t glued
Gearbest do the same thing. Gearbest includes a piece of paper (receipt) inside the parcel, can’t refund without it. I haven’t needed to use this for banggood though, maybe it’s a new addition
It completely depends on who get your case at customer service. Once I had an Astrulux S41 broken clip and I got a new light. But last two times I got C8 damaged bezels and they don’t understand what is my problem if the light works. After a few emails I got a replacement C8.
Now I got the CW version FT03 finally. Tonight I will try it.
