AE store said that the new app is “Opple Smart”. That looks like the “Opple Smart Lighting” app on Android.
It asks you to scan the QR code on the device or packaging.

Thanks, I found Opple Smart in the App Store, and it works on my iPhone 8
Signed into the app as a guest, and gave permission to use Camera to scan QR codes. It scanned the QR on my Opple 3 box, and automatically offered to open the app for that model…
so, once my Opple 4 gets here, I will scan the QR for the new model…

Priorities. New light master comes out, immediately order. 400 new iPhones come out…meh, not worth upgrading yet lol.
I think that phone is older than the original light master but I’m not sure there even was one or if they just skipped right to gen 2

6 days since I ordered, now in USA
tracking says:
“Import customs clearance started
Carrier note: Import clearance start”
Mine is working it’s way through Chinese warehousing & transport hubs. Ordered April 19.
I really want to order one of these, but I think I’ll wait until you guys get yours and can give an assessment. Plus, I’ve already spent my flashlight budget for the month.
Mine departed from Departure Country / Arrived at Linehaul Office. Probably another week.

Just cleared import customs / Departed Customs. Getting close…
What site do you use for tracking? It seems different sites use different terminology for status.
Or maybe get updates at different times.
So while I’m waiting for my own Opple 4… this darn site needs a button to send DAILY updates instead of every reply. You guys make me jump in my seat!

I agree. A daily summary would be better than seeing email for each individual post.
I am not sure if this software supports that.
