But they are nice for letting you know how they fulfill the orders for only 1 cent. I risked (and also actually paid on transactions fees) much more for figuring out.
Mine still hasnt arrived. Opened PP claim and this is the email i get from Tmart;
We suggest you offer the order#xxxxxxxxxxxxxx and your name to your post office.
Perhaps, your package has been there to wait for your receiving.
Yeah, right, like thats the problem. ALL my orders from Asia lately have just been sitting in the post office undelivered. Thanks for the genius wisdom Tmart, what would we do without you? :weary:
Likewise, I'd rather not punish them for trying to do something nice, even if it doesn't work out.
If they get a ton of disputes over $0.01 there just that much less of a chance that they will try to do something like this again, and I for one, like the $0.01 battery they did deliver on.
Yes the battery was nice but that shipped feom the NJ warehouse. These should have too. They know about the china shipping problems and shipped hundreds of these lights that way.
Still not arrived, I know it’s only 1p but the offer was there so I took it.

I know about random packages getting stalled in transit but this was supposed to be posted before the present troubles with the screening of packages.
I agree it’s 1p but if a company can’t deliver the small stuff then what chance of them getting it wrong with more expensive items.
Maybe I’m being too harsh, I’ll not comment any more until I receive the flashlight.
The money doesn’t matter! It’s the principle! I emailed them and they responDed and said to wait till it hits 30 working days and then they’d go from there. Emailed them at 35 working days and haven’t heard crap back. They don’t care they are not willing to work with the buyers. The money doesn’t matter, who fricken cares about the money! ? Ours the fact they ran a sale promised a product and don’t deliver anything or try to fix it. Horrible customer service and I will never do business with them again
I really can’t be bothered, a crap company that doesn’t deliver on it’s promises.
They may as well keep the one penny, it’s the last penny that they’ll see of mine anyway.
Fair enough. The light will probably arrive, even if very late. Call it a 1 cent way to test out a company. In this case you found out that they're not worth dealing with again.
Got my 1cent MXDL! Nice little thing. Got lucky with the emitter - it’s close to neutral and CRI is higher than my unmodded lights. Quite floody. This is best suited as close inspection light.
Though of course I have fully disassembled it due to my itchy fingers, but put them back afterwards. Really tight fit in there. Driver is rectangular in size, placed vertically, so no luck to replace this. It is a simple boost driver. Emitter is generic LED with legs - and yes the leg is required as it is designed as sole negative contact link to the body. So changing emitter with SMD ones won’t work too (unless you solder legs on them).
But as I said - it already has ok tint and higher CRI than regular Cree stuff, so I won’t bother changing anything.
