I have to say they seem have got their act together, big time! DX could learn a lot from them. They have good customer service, by that I mean you can actually speak to someone within a few minutes, if you wish. DX however seems to take around 15 days. Not good at all.
The delay in stuff getting here , I can deal with the complete lack of communication however I cannot. So thumbs up to DD!
I placed an order at the end of Chinese New Year for an Enlan L-02, in late January. They said it was shipped Feb. 4. Waited and waited and it never showed. Now I am coming up on 45 days, so I do a online chat with them this weekend and they said check at the post office. Okay, that seems reasonable (and PayPal will want to see that I did something to work out the problem first), so I check on Monday and they don't have anything. But that puts me at Day 44. I do another chat and they said they could re-ship. I asked for refund instead because of PayPal protection expiring and they said okay, I should have the money in 2 days (it showed up the next morning!). I asked if I could recover the 150 dino points ($1.50) I had used on the order and they gave me a $2 gift card.
I'm disappointed I didn't get the package, but that's pretty much perfect customer service. It would have taken weeks to do all of that with DealExtreme, but we were able to avoid a PayPal dispute which benefits both of us.
Also I placed a different order at DD this weekend for 3 items and they shipped today. I placed an order for one item at DX the previous weekend and it still hadn't shipped after 10 days, so I cancelled it.
I'm thinking maybe we could take off the AVOID tag.
If it shows up, I'll pay them for it (can you refund a refund?). I have had a couple of items go missing in the past from other dealers and I always think maybe it will show up. But none ever have (maybe they get returned to the shipper). It should have showed up in 3 weeks from when they shipped and it has been 6.
Ordered UF-H2, but cant find my shipping picture at Facebook, received pre-ship email, but no image there and link to Facebook isnt functioning, I cant post anything!
I received e-mail that was supposed to contain my pre-ship photo and had a link to FB, upon clicking that link I had to enter some text and then post it to my wall, it didnt post, it said I cant post and thats it. It was said in e-mail that further details regarding my item will be available from wall post ;)
When I go to my facebook, search for Dinodirect.. click on Dinodirect.. it directly send me to their website.. Not to their facebook account... Im Not really good at using facebook I guess..
what am I doing wrong?
Just want to know if they actually sent my stuff.... all orders are taking soo long..
