Well, I just ordered the CREE LED XM-L T6 1200LM 5 Modes LED Flashlight today for $18.88. It is my first order from Tmart and I ordered it from them because it said ship from USA warehouse. So lets see when it comes and what shape it is in. I hope it comes from NYC as that is “right down the road” from me.

TrustFire TR-J12 which I was told would be shipping from U.S Warehouse. Not so fast they said after 2 weeks of waiting for US delivery.Light coming from HK Warehouse after all…sorry about your luck.OK right at 1 mo today for shipment to California. This is my third order…I was hoping for a good half-dozen deals to go well before things got squirrely ,Oh well.

I Just looked and if this is the one you ordered, it says it will ship from the international warehouse.

TR -J12

I have to be extra careful whenever I order that it says it will ship from the US warehouse.

PS I just noticed that when I copied the url for the TR-J12, it refers to a Keygos KE15. Anyway the page shows the TR-J12

Go figure

My TrustFire TR-J12 came in today from T-mart,right at 1 month time. Was packaged in a cardboard box with a holster and 2 xtra o-rings.Plus a heavy duty
plastic holder with Trustfire label on it…I guess to store the light in.Couple more hrs to see how bright this thing is.So far everything is in good shape.Well see how it works.

Well, I just can’t win. I ordered from Tmart because the light I wanted was in the U.S. and I didnt want to order it from some company in China. So what happens? I get an email from Tmart saying my light is in a warehouse in NJ and becuase of Sandy will be delayed. They offered me a 5% discount on my next order. Not a bad deal considering it was not their fault. I hope the people in NJ get back on their feet soon, they have alot more to worry about than some stupid light.

Ordered 3 trustfire F20’s on a Friday and received them on the next Tuesday. Like that they were in the US warehouse. Light works good and is super sweet with an xpg2 4C in it. Wall of light.

Thanks TMart

It was so thoughtful of you to look us up so that you could register to tell us this.

What crawled in your gym shorts….??

I received my flashlight yesterday from Tmart. It was packed good and works fine. I plan to order more lights from them in the future as long as they ship from a US warehouse.

Liars, What happened to the 2 days delivery !!!
This is one of the worst experiences I have had for online shopping. Most of these reviews have been done through friends of the Chinese company Tmart. I ordered two Wi Controllers and it was supposed to be two day free shipping through DHL. I was given a DHL tracking number which had a direct link from the email I received from the company. When I complained they said to be patient and that product was out of stock. So I waited. They said it was delivered and when I filled a complaint they said I needed to check with the “post office”. The first signal that something might be wrong. I decided to go directly to DHL website and input my tracking number. NO surprise there…the tracking number was not legitimate. I contacted their live online support team which of course was no help at all. When I requested a refund they said that I needed to process a complaint through the “post office”. I asked them why they kept saying the “post office” when they use DHL and of course no response. Spend your money somewhere else. They will take it and string you along pretending to be a real company and tell you that it was shipped when there is nothing being shipped.

I have bad experiance with Tmart!
Tried purchasing off their website couple of times and it never worked for me. And not a single employee managed to help me with any of my issues!
3 of my transactions failed at Tmart and i am making sure ill never EVER try to purchases from them!
First I paid through Paypal and my payment gets accepted. after couple of hours i get refunded for no reason!
When i ask their customer support they say some of the items are out of stock. I tried contacting them once more to get a clarification and they say that my Paypal billing/shipping address has something fishy, and they ask me to try to have my purchase done with credit card not Paypal.
Next day i try using my credit card and boom twice fail on their lousy billing system. BUT the money was withdrawn from my account! Not a single customer representative was able to help me with my issue because i don’t have any orders under my Tmart account!

No pun intended to anyone just sharing my very bad experience with Tmart. Going to give other vendors/shops a try!

What are you buying that’s getting refunded and screenshot of Paypal refund would be nice too.

couple of tweezers, digital caliper, and a HD2010 flashlight.

Here are the payment and refund images of my first transaction

I’m a new user here but I have been purchasing items from Asia for awhile. I’m buying Christmas gifts for my customers and needed these items ASAP.

Recently, I ordered some items from Tmart because users on this forum said their US warehouse items were okay. I ordered $130 of items from their US warehouse because it was in stock. After ordering, I used their Live Chat service to confirm items were in stock. Later, I received an email confirming that the items would be shipped out in a couple of days.

After a few days, I expected an email with tracking info. Using Live Chat, the rep told me that items were not in stock but would be available within 3-5 days. 5 days later, support says that it would take another 3-5 days before they will have inventory. Now, I receive an email saying that they’re encountering computer issues and that my items will not be available in the US warehouse for another 10-15 days. They advise me to switch to the HK warehouse instead.

Though Live Chat, their rep tells me they do not have stock in HK warehouse either and it will be another 10-15 days until they get stock. So, I swap for similar items in stock in US Warehouse; unfortunately, those items are also out of stock. The rep says those items are available in HK warehouse and can be shipped within 24hrs. The rep says the items will arrive in 10-15 days but I will have to pay for expedited shipping; otherwise, it will take longer. Eventually, I agree to the extra fees.

This situation is ridiculous because I was trying to avoid HK and China warehouses and the extra shipping delays. If I had ordered from DX initially, it would be here in another 2 weeks max. I thought I was being smart by confirming and double checking everything but all my efforts amounted for nothing. Although the reps try to be nice, I’m wondering if they’re just giving me BS to blow me off. Even with the expedited shipping, I’m doubtful whether I will get my items in the time frame given.

If they had initially informed me that the items were not in stock, I would have cancelled my order and re-order from DX. No time would have been lost. Over a week later with 60+ minutes of Live Chat, I now have to pay for expedited shipping on different items that will arrive later than expected. What a f*ck’d up mess!!

Ultimately, the take away from this situation is that most Chinese companies based in Asia have a long way to go in terms of customer service. They have good prices but the aggravation involved may not be worth the savings.

CJoe - this is from a Chinese person

BTW: My last DX order ($500+) had two defective flashlights valued over $70. They told me to research the forums and ask for user help to resolve their defective flashlights before contacting them again. Can you believe that? I have spent over $1000 in 3 months with them. They also don’t know crap about Customer Service.

Well you should try their ebay affialites in the USA. I think it’s called Yallstock on fleabay & mystore365 on amazon. If they miss the shipping deadline u can really mark them down. Sorry to hear about ur situation though. Just wondering people who are missing their items… Are you guys ordering really old items like “XPG or Q5” flashlights? You know those 2010-11 flashlight stock?

Thanks cjoe7 for sharing your experience.
I myself learnt the hard way also. I will never ever try purchase anything from them.

Wow. I was getting ready to pull the trigger on HD2010 from Tmart, BUT after

reading all this… I think NOT!

TMART , are you listenting?
