Hi everyone, here are a few guidelines for sellers and potential buyers in the WTS section to make the experience smoother and avoid annoyances:
For the seller:
- This category is only for listing personally owned items by non-commercial private sellers.
- It is recommended to clearly list a price, instead of leaving it open-ended. Remember, this is an offer to sell, not an auction.
- Please clearly state your country and any shipping restrictions in the title.
- Pictures are also highly recommended. (Guide here.)
- Understand your responsibilities and rights if you use PayPal for the transaction. (Please see this.)
- Be honest and forthcoming. Don't end up on this list.
- Once sold, please add [SOLD] to the title but don't delete or edit the item description.
For other users:
- Please do not make negative comments about “Want to Sell” items and/or the listed price if you are not interested in buying.
- Always be respectful, and never be rude. (Also see this.)
- Understand your responsibilities and rights if you use PayPal for the transaction. (Please see this.)
- Be cautious. Remember, BLF does not mediate transactions between users and is unable to help if the transaction goes south.
