If you have any questions or comments, no matter if commercial or technical, please contact Wurkkos directly. Thank you for your understanding.
I'm afraid we need to wait for Sofirn/Wurkkos to finish their first prototype of TS30S before we get any throw numbers.
Concerning the bezel...well...that's what I was thinking, too. Somehow I really, really like this spiky bezel but you are right about those concerns. In wrong hands this tool could be misused as a stabbing weapon. This will certainly leave a lot of room for discussion.
the attack bezel will as a extra accessories apartment in the package, or will consider without it in the package and take it as a additional accessories to sell if there is a problem :sunglasses:
Interested in TS30S without strike bezel. Interested because this has usb-c port in flashlight host instead of in battery. What kind of driver does this use? Hope it is constant current. The Astrolux MF02 uses a 35A Constant current driver
I asked Mark about the net weight (w/o battery). He will check with the factory once a prototype sample is assembled.
Mark will check with engineering what driver is being used. I think it’s an FET DD driver. A 35A CC driver would certainly make TS30S much more expensive. Its host size is smaller than MF02S V2, leaving less room for heat dissipation and all the current would have to be delivered from one cell only whereas Astrolux‘s light has a 2S2P setup.
