May be a stupid question but i got several ld4a drv in my mod box
And i dont know how to reconize a 6,9 or 12 amp one
Is there a way ?

There is a small smd resistor that sets the output range. I don’t know the values for each but I have changed the amps output on some charger boards. On those less resistance made the amps go up. Can you see if there is one resistor on each driver that is a different value?

What size and what amps are you after? (amps can be adjusted with a resistor swap. But they are tiny.)

I think I have a never used 17mm version in the 3 amp type that I don’t need. But I have not unpacked a bunch of workshop offs ‘n’ ends yet so can’t even verify for a bit. It might even be a 6 amp; my memory fails me.
